Web Design

A collection of websites I created using HTML and CSS

Websites on Code Pen

The first step I took in my UX journey was reacquainting myself with coding. I wanted to be sure the products I designed were crafted with intention and were feasible for engineers to bring to life. I had dabbled building websites in the past, but I decided to earn the Responsive Web Design Certificate in 2022 from freecodecamp.org to keep my coding skills sharp.

For this certificate I created:

  • Web Development Portfolio
  • Tribute page, to filmaker Hayo Miyazaki
  • Survey form, about my dog Ghibli
  • Product landing page for Dr. Seuss's imaginary
    product the Thneed
  • Responsive Technical document

Mona V

Website I built for Mona V back in 2016 using Wordpress. I had also designed all the branding elements including the logo.

Merch Mania

Another project I created while teaching myself web design was a band merch store. I created this site using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Dreamweaver.
